At ZAYLANI, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include original tags and packaging.

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

  • Include proof of purchase or order number.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used intimate or lingerie products.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:
